Graphic Design and Instructional Design: Eric Oliver
The project involved updating four presentations to be delivered by a facilitator either in-person or remotely. The update would introduce employees' to skills essential in today's job market. These skills included working remotely and writing a resume to stand out within an applicant tracking system.
Each presentation went through a storyboard method to improve organization. A writer revised the text to enhance communication and the clarity of the message of each presentation. The project involved several design changes, including:
• Updates to the visual design to meet brand requirements
• Advanced organizers for simplifying content
• Illustrations to explain complex concepts
• Photography to reflect remote working arrangements

Design Driven by Feedback Instructors and Evaluation
Each presentation was designed for a facilitator to use in an in-person or remote setting. During development, each presentation went through various scenarios and delivery methods. The facilitators provided quantitative and qualitative feedback using surveys and interviews. The input was organized and reviewed, with the necessary changes communicated to the instructional and graphic designer.
